Mabul island the scuba divers' paradise - Why?
Mabul island is famous for it's gently sloping coral reefs, artificial reefs, world famous muck diving sites and there's even a wreck!
Mabul has long been known as a macro diver's paradise and is indeed one of the richest single destinations for exotic small marine life anywhere in the world, according to Scuba Junkie Sipadan.
There are 21 different dive sites around Mabul island.
There are also 1 dive rig in front of Mabul that has been converted into PADI dive center and the only dive rig in the world.
It is called as Seaventures Dive Rig.
What you see in the photo is the frontal view of Mabul island, the area highly populated by sea Bajau people, which most of them are fishermans.
